AI interaction logs: When you interact with the DazIQ AI coach (Daz), your inputs and the AI-generated responses are logged to support session continuity, coaching personalization, and platform improvement.
Billing data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. We retain transaction records including subscription status, plan type, and billing history.
Communications: If you contact us or join our waitlist, we retain your email address and any messages you send.
Technical data: We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, and log data when you access the platform.
Analytics data: We use PostHog to collect anonymized product analytics including page views, feature usage, and session data to improve the platform.

DazIQ is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using DazIQ, you consent to this transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers in accordance with applicable law.
DazIQ is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
