DazIQ is currently in beta. No payment is required during the beta period. These terms govern your use of the platform during and after beta access.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fifty1 Consulting ("we," "our," or "us"), the operator of DazIQ at daziq.io. By creating an account or using DazIQ, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
DazIQ is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
DazIQ is an AI-powered project delivery simulation platform designed to help users practice project management, program management, product ownership, and agile delivery frameworks through scenario-based simulations and AI coaching.
Important disclaimer: DazIQ is a training simulation tool. It is not a substitute for professional certification, accredited education, or career advice. Completion of simulations on DazIQ does not confer any certification or credential. Results and coaching feedback are AI-generated and should not be relied upon as professional guidance.
To access DazIQ, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@daziq.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Beta period: DazIQ is currently offered as a free beta. During the beta period, no payment is required and no payment obligations are incurred. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue beta access at any time with reasonable notice.
Future paid plans: Following the beta period, DazIQ will transition to a subscription-based model. We will provide at least 14 days advance notice before any paid subscription begins. You will have the opportunity to opt in, downgrade, or cancel before any charges are applied.
Billing: When paid plans are introduced, payments will be processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You agree to use DazIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Platform ownership: DazIQ, including its software, design, delivery frameworks, scenario content, and AI systems, is owned by Fifty1 Consulting and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
Your inputs: You retain ownership of the content you submit to DazIQ, including your decisions, responses, and scenario choices ("User Inputs").
AI-generated outputs: Coaching feedback, scenario evaluations, and other AI-generated content produced by the platform ("Outputs") are owned by Fifty1 Consulting. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Outputs for your own learning and professional development. You may not reproduce, publish, or commercialize Outputs without our written consent.
Research and improvement license: By using DazIQ, you grant Fifty1 Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and analyze your User Inputs and interaction data in anonymized or aggregated form for the purposes of improving the platform, enhancing AI models, conducting product research, and developing new features. We will not use your data in a manner that personally identifies you without your consent.
Your use of DazIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
DazIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that AI-generated coaching feedback is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fifty1 Consulting and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DazIQ, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or career outcomes.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Termination by you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@daziq.io. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
If you are located outside the United States, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Arizona courts for resolution of any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. For material changes — including introduction of paid plans, changes to IP ownership, or changes to liability — we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of DazIQ after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
